Returns and Refunds Policy

At Morton Salt, we stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 30-day return window for items in their original packaging. Please note that food-grade salt products must be unopened and sealed to qualify for a return due to safety and health regulations.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our customer service team with your order number and proof of purchase to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    Package Your Item

    Securely pack the item in its original shipping box, ensuring the product is sealed, and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.

  • 3.
    Ship the Product

    Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location using the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team.

  • 4.
    Receive Your Refund

    Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
